How long do I have to wait for my order?

For items that are available for immediate delivery, delivery will be made within one to a maximum of three business days by our shipping service provider DHL* or DHL-Express*. Please select your preferred shipping service provider for your order when completing your order.

*Please note the indicated prices before finalizing your order.

We mark our items with the following symbols to show you the actual availability immediately when you place your order:

Immediately available:
We have this item in stock. If we receive the order on a working day until approx. 12.00 o'clock, the article is usually packed and dispatched on the same day.  

Available at short notice:
Sizes marked with * are already backordered or available on short notice and will be shipped as soon as we receive them.

Pre-order now:
If you pre-order, the delivery time is subject to availability from the manufacturer and will be communicated to you in our order confirmation.

Our stocks are updated for you every 30 minutes on working days to provide you with the current status.

However, if a size or item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Note: Proper customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer of the goods. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipments to Great Britain

The invoiced shipping costs for shipments to the UK in the amount of 25 EUR cover all applicable customs and import fees. Customers from the UK do not have to pay any further customs or import fees for their orders from our online store. 

Please note: For shipments to non-EU countries (excluding the UK), the correct customs clearance of the order is the responsibility of the buyer.

Is express shipping available?

On request we offer you a delivery with DHL Express within Germany starting from an order value of 49,- EURO at a shipping price in the amount of 7.50 EURO. Orders under 49,- EURO can also be delivered with DHL Express within Germany at a shipping price of 12.50 EURO. The standard delivery time is 1 to 2 days. You have the option to select DHL Express as the shipping service provider when completing the order.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

Our shipping partner DHL delivers within Germany between Monday and Saturday.

If your shipment cannot be handed over to you directly at the specified delivery address, you will find a pick-up slip with which you can pick up your package at the postal branch indicated on it within 7 days (in Germany). If the recipient does not have a separate or different agreement with DHL, delivery to a neighbor or another person authorized to receive the parcel is also possible.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

Shortly after we receive your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. For items marked "immediately available", delivery is usually within the next one to two business days by postal package. For items marked "available at short notice", you will be informed about the delivery date by us immediately by e-mail or telephone. For items marked with "pre-order now!" the delivery period depends on the availability at the manufacturer.
