How does the returns process work?

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please return it to us within 30 days. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price to the original means of payment used.

Important note on the guarantee:

Our 30-day money-back guarantee only applies to unused items in their original condition. Please only use the items for the purpose of trying them on, as is usual in a store. If the item has been used beyond the fitting, we reserve the right to demand appropriate compensation.

Your statutory right of withdrawal:
