Order

How do I place an order?

1. Shopping cart
Simply put the shoes or accessories you want into the shopping cart. From there you will get to the order form.

2. Customer data
To place an order, we need your customer data. If you are already registered with us, you can register (log in), then the customer data form will be filled out automatically.

You can also order without registration.

3. Payment method
For payment you have the choice between Amazon Pay, PayPal, credit card, on account or by direct debit, prepayment and cash on delivery. We provide the purchase on account or by direct debit through the payment service provider UNZER. Please note that we process orders from abroad exclusively via prepayment, PayPal and credit card. Exceptions to this are orders to Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands, where we also offer payment by invoice or direct debit for you. From an order value of 49,- Euro we deliver your shoes within Germany free of shipping costs. Please note: We offer payment on delivery only from an order value of 49,- Euro and only within Germany.

4. Overview
Here you have the possibility to check the ordered items and your customer data once again.

5. Send an order
After you have pressed the button "Send order", you will immediately receive an e-mail from us with which we automatically confirm the receipt of your order.

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it to us within 30 days. For this purpose, a free return label is enclosed with your order for returns within Germany and Austria. Please use this sticker for your return. You can, of course, make full use of your legal right of withdrawal in the event of a return. Please note that the return costs for returns from abroad are at the expense of the buyer (except from Austria). Depending on the country, we can provide you with a return label for a fee. Please contact our customer service for this. Please note: For foreign orders, the correct customs clearance of the order is the responsibility of the buyer. The import and customs duties of the respective country of delivery apply here, these are at the expense of the buyer.

DHL
Delivery is made for items that are available for immediate delivery usually within two to three business days by DHL (Deutsche Post) for orders within Germany.

GLS
The delivery takes place for orders to the European foreign countries with the shipping service provider GLS.

UPS
The delivery takes place for orders to the United States of America, to Australia as well as to Canada with the shipping service provider UPS.


What payment options are available?

For payment you have the choice between Amazon Pay, PayPal, credit card, on account or by direct debit, prepayment and cash on delivery. Payment by cash on delivery
Upon receipt of the goods, you pay only the invoice amount in cash to the delivering parcel service. We will pay the additional cash on delivery and deposit fee for this payment method.

Payment in advance
After your successful order you will receive our bank details for the transfer of the invoice amount by e-mail. Please make sure to state your order number and your cash on delivery number in the reason for payment. Depending on the bank it can take several working days until we receive your payment. The goods you ordered will be reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum seven days). If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of goods will be credited back to the bank account from which you transferred.

Payment via PayPal
When paying by PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website for payment within the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of goods will be credited back to your PayPal account. PayPal offers you various payment options, which you can deposit there as a PayPal customer.

Payment by credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To ensure the protection of your credit card details, your complete data is transmitted encrypted via SSL and is therefore safe from access by third parties.

After selecting this payment method, please have your credit card ready. You will be asked to enter your credit card number, expiration date and card verification number. The card verification number is the last three digits located on the back of your card on the signature field.

Your credit card data will be forwarded in encrypted form to TeleCash (leading provider of card-based payment transactions) for authorization, and the invoice amount will be reserved on your credit card. However, your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipment. If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the credit card originally charged.

Additional security when paying with credit card
Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code enable particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the Internet using special encryption procedures. You do not need any software on your computer for this. Both customers who are already registered and those who are not yet registered will be automatically redirected to your bank's site via the payment processing. To complete the order successfully, please follow the steps indicated there. Please note: We have no influence on the information requested on this further page.

Payment by invoice (Unzer)
We offer you the purchase on account via the external service provider UNZER . The invoice amount can be paid within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Your information will be transmitted to Unzer for the purpose of credit assessment. Please note that the purchase on account with a different delivery address and for deliveries outside Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands is unfortunately not possible. With our payment partner Unzer, the purchase on account is only possible up to an invoice amount of 1000.00 EUR.

Payment via Amazon Pay
You can also pay securely and easily via Amazon Pay. Use the Amazon Pay button in the shopping cart.

If you are already an Amazon customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of goods will be credited back to your Amazon account.


What is the status of my order?

You are waiting for your order and can hardly wait to carry out your new shoes? Of course we understand that and are happy about it! You will immediately receive shipping information from us by e-mail when your order is shipped. This contains a link to the shipment tracking of the corresponding shipping service provider. Here you can see the current status of the delivery.


Can I cancel or change an order?

Please send us an e-mail to info@maripe-shop.de in a timely manner - as it is our goal to deliver to you as our customer as quickly as possible. There is a possibility that the package is already on its way and we cannot change anything.
